The San Saba River City Community Band will meet tonight for its regularly scheduled rehearsal at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church from 6:00-7:00 p.m. The rehearsal will take place in the parish hall adjacent to the church. If you still need a horn, please come to the church at 5:30 
p.m. to make arrangements for an instrument.

First United Methodist Church
The San Saba Band Boosters will hold their annual steak supper this evening in the backyard of the First United Methodist Church. The meal includes steak with all the trimmings. All proceeds go to the San Saba ISD Band Program.
The Pecan Capital “Homecoming” Street Dance XI will be held at the San Saba County Courthouse Square this evening featuring Kindred Spirits and headliner and country superstar, Doug Stone.
The dance is free to the public.

San Saba County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting our 10th Annual Sip n’ Stroll and Lighted Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 9th, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Texas Hill Country wineries and breweries will be offering tastings and sales as you stroll through our beautifully decorated businesses. With each ticket purchase, you will receive 10 wine and/or beer tastings. Afterwards stay and enjoy our lighted Christmas parade, beautiful lights in Mill Pond Park, or visit Santa’s workshop.
Tickets may be picked up at the Visitor Center on Saturday, December 9th, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Visitor Center is located at 113 South High Street San Saba, TX 76877. You must be 21 years of age and ID will be checked before you receive your wristbands.
Please note, tickets are non-refundable and are expected to sell out. All tickets and bags must be picked up no later than 4:00 p.m. the day of event. Ticket price will go up if purchased on the day of the event. Ticket prices do not include Eventbrite fees.
